Terms of Service

You must give accurate details and keep your password private. One account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that share access, abuse other users, or try to bypass payment.

Paid course access starts once your payment is verified and lasts for the access period shown on the course page (for example 90 days or lifetime). Free and preview lessons may be watched without payment.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You can pay through bKash, Nagad, Rocket or supported online gateways. For manual payments, you must submit the correct transaction ID; false or reused IDs will be rejected and may lead to account suspension.

All videos, notes and materials belong to EISH or its teachers. You may use them for personal learning only. Downloading, recording, reselling or sharing course content is not allowed.

Teachers must be approved by EISH, accept the teacher agreement, and only upload content they own or have rights to. Earnings are paid according to the payout schedule shown in the teacher wallet.

Certificates are issued after completing the course requirements and can be verified publicly with their certificate code. EISH may cancel certificates obtained through cheating.

Do not post harmful, abusive or illegal content in discussions or messages, and do not try to break or overload the platform.

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related course.

We may update these terms and will show the new date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
