Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident buying a course. This policy explains when refunds are available and how long they take.

1. Recorded (self-paced) courses
You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment approval if you have watched less than 20% of the paid lessons. After that, the course is non-refundable.
2. Live batches
Full refund if you cancel before the first class. If a batch does not start or is cancelled by EISH, you receive a full refund automatically or can move to another batch.
3. One-to-one sessions
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund. If the teacher misses the session, you get a full refund or a free reschedule.
4. Rejected or duplicate payments
If your payment cannot be matched or was sent twice by mistake, contact us with the transaction ID and we will return the extra amount.
5. Non-refundable items
Downloaded notes or books, issued certificates, and accounts suspended for breaking our terms.
6. How to request
Email eishinstitute@gmail.com or use the Contact page with your registered email, course name and transaction ID.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are sent back to the original method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card) within 7–10 working days. Gateway fees may be deducted where the provider does not return them.
