    Draft

This policy explains what information EISH collects when you use the platform and how we protect it.

Editable legal template — not legal advice. EISH should have this reviewed by a qualified lawyer in Bangladesh before relying on it.

    1. Information we collect

    • Account details: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
    • Learning data: enrolled courses, lesson progress, quiz results, certificates.
    • Payment data: payment method, transaction ID and payment screenshot. We never store card numbers or mobile wallet PINs.
    • Technical data: device type, browser, and error reports to keep the site working.

    2. How we use it

To give you course access, verify payments, issue certificates, send notifications you have allowed, provide support, and improve our courses.

    3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, payment gateways, video streaming, notification and email services), and with authorities when the law requires.

    4. Teachers and public profiles

Teacher profiles and ratings may be public. Student identities are not shown on public reviews.

    5. Security

Data is stored on secured servers with access rules so each user only sees their own records. Admin actions are logged.

    6. Your choices

You can update your profile, change notification settings, and ask us to export or delete your account by emailing eishinstitute@gmail.com. Some payment records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons.

    7. Cookies

We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. Analytics, if enabled, is used only to understand how the site is used.

    8. Children

Students under 18 should use EISH with a parent or guardian's permission.
